Are there additional set up fees?
All bounce house rental prices include delivery, set up and tear down. There are no hidden costs. Please provide us with as many details as possible about where your bounce will be set up.

What happens during a Severe Weather Event?
We 513 Inflatables reserves the right to take down any bounce house during a Severe Weather Event that includes high winds, hail, tornados, and lightning. We will do our best to notify prior to install if there is a possibility of a Severe Weather Event and the possibility of us coming out to take down the bounce house. If a storm hits during your event, do not try and save the bounce house.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled rental we reserve the right to withhold 50% of the rental cost or offer a rain check, whichever the customer would prefer.
Do you set up bounce houses on asphalt?
No, all bounce house rentals must be set up on grass.
Do you set up a bounce house on concrete?
No
Do you ensure that there will be no damage to irrigation lines for sprinkler systems?
Please do your best to mark where your sprinkler lines are located. We cannot guarantee that there will be no damage to sprinkler lines that are unmarked.
Who calls Diggers Hotline/Gopher State One?
We will call. Please be prepared to give us the exact location on your property for the bounce house setup. Expect the utility companies to mark your property with paint and/or flags 2-3 days prior to your event.
What happens if the rental equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen?
If items are lost, stolen, vandalized, or damaged the customer will be charged the actual replacement cost of the item.
Are there refunds due to bad weather?
We cannot control the weather. We 513 Inflatables may try to issue a rain check under certain circumstances subject to availability and discretion of a We 513 Inflatables representative but cannot offer any cash refunds. There are no refunds for bounce houses unusable due to weather.
When can I schedule a delivery or pick up?
We 513 Inflatables will deliver and set up 7 days a week during daylight hours. The customer will normally be called on the Sunday or Monday prior to the event for final set up times. We will do our best to accommodate all delivery requests. However during peak times, options may be limited.
How should I prepare for delivery?
Please make sure to have your lawn mowed prior to our scheduled delivery, and utility companies have been out to mark the property. In addition, remove any furniture or decorations from the lawn, patio or deck prior to our arrival to setup. Make sure that access to the setup site is clear for our delivery truck to drive as close as possible. Low hanging branches lower than 13 feet off the ground must be trimmed.
What should we do for clean up?
We ask that you turn off the blower and deflate the bounce house when done. We will take care of the rest!
How much room do I need for my bounce house?

What if there is a problem with any of your items during the event?
Our representatives are available 24 hours a day to rectify whatever problem may arise. We may be contacted through our office during regular business hours or by emergency cell number. Our field representatives carry cell phones and can be dispatched immediately. If it is obvious that weather may be a problem, we may already be on our way to the site.
